Who does the work
We never install unverified white-label parts. Every component fitted in our workshop comes from certified supply channels and undergoes physical inspection before installation.
What Local Drivers Say
Brought my estate in for an intermittent ABS sensor fault and rear arm bushing wear. They gave me a printed diagnostic scan, explained the issue on the ramp, and fitted forged alloy replacement arms. The car runs straight and quiet.
David P., Bristol, GBThe fixed quotation was identical to the final invoice. They showed me the old ceramic brake pads and cast iron discs in an inspection tray before I settled via bank transfer.
Rachel K., Bath, GBDirect communication with the mechanic who worked on the engine oil flush and timing belt. No generic sales talk, just clear mechanical facts and torque logs.
Graham T., Gloucester, GBHow We Handle Your Vehicle

Before you book
How do you calculate repair quotes and workshop labour?
All quotations are calculated using standard industry labour guides and specific OEM component pricing. You receive a written estimate itemising parts and labour before any spanner touches your vehicle. If our technicians discover additional wear during disassembly, we halt work and contact you with photographic evidence before proceeding.
What payment methods do you accept upon job completion?
We accept cash on collection at our workshop reception desk and direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, payment must clear into our business account before vehicle keys and documentation are handed over.
What is your policy on parts returns and mechanical spares?
We maintain a 30-day return window from collection for uninstalled, unused spare parts returned in their original undamaged manufacturer packaging. Installed components or custom-machined items cannot be returned once fitted to a vehicle.
What is the cut-off time for same-day diagnostic bookings or parts orders?
Our administrative cut-off time for processing next-day workshop slots and supplier parts dispatch is strictly 15:30 on business days. Requests submitted after 15:30 are scheduled on the subsequent working morning.
Fleet and Trade Account Services
We maintain light commercial vans and pool cars for local tradespeople, surveyors, and delivery firms. We provide scheduled servicing, rapid turnaround for brake and suspension wear, and direct monthly company invoicing.
- ✓Priority intake for work vehicles to minimise operational downtime
- ✓Consolidated commercial VAT invoicing with net 14-day terms for verified accounts
