We provide clear quotes before carrying out any work on your car. If we find extra parts or labour are needed once work begins, we pause and call you for permission before continuing.

1. How prices are set
Final pricing is calculated from the required original equipment or matching-quality parts plus our standard workshop labour rate. Every written quotation details parts, fluids, and workshop labour separately.
2. Payment methods
Settlement occurs upon job completion through cash or invoice bank transfer. We do not process or retain card credentials on this website.

3. Invoicing
An itemised printed or digital VAT invoice is produced for every completed job. This document records your vehicle registration, mileage, parts numbers used, and our specific labour breakdown.
4. Deposits and materials
We do not request deposits for routine servicing or minor repairs. For major units, including factory crate engines, bespoke transmissions, or specialist dealer-only components exceeding £500, a 30% deposit is required before ordering.
5. Late payment
Where a booking is abandoned without notification and components were ordered specifically for the vehicle, we reserve the right to bill the restocking fee charged by our parts supplier.
