We understand that personal schedules change and vehicles cannot always be brought in as planned. We simply ask for fair warning so we can allocate the ramp slot to another driver.

1. Cancellation window
Submit cancellations by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the job to incur zero fees. Cancellations submitted later may incur charges for components already ordered for your vehicle as stated in the quote.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking without penalty. Our workshop provides the earliest available appointment slot within one business day.
3. Refund eligibility conditions
You receive a complete refund if we cancel the job, fail to execute the agreed work scope, or deliver mechanical results deviating from the quote that we cannot remedy promptly.
- Specialist parts deposits are refunded if cancelled prior to the merchant dispatching non-returnable items.
- Any labour balance paid in advance by bank transfer is refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before your slot.
- Handling and restocking fees charged by external suppliers for bespoke parts will be deducted from any deposit refund.
4. Submitting a refund claim
- Call our workshop front desk or reply directly to your booking confirmation message.
- Provide your name, registration mark, and the scheduled date of your workshop appointment.
- Provide your bank sort code and account number if a deposit refund is due to your account.
5. Timeline
Approved refunds for parts deposits are processed via direct bank transfer within three working days.
